Netball WA Coach of the Year Joins WEA

The WINNING EDGE NETBALL ACADEMY will launch into action in February 2017 under the guidance of Netball WA Coach of the Year 2016 Karly Guadagnin (Hoar).

In a huge boost for Junior Netball in Western Australia, Karly has agreed to come on board as Head Coach of WEA Netball and will put together a talented team of coaches to run programs for children in Years 1-12.

To those in the WA Netball Community, Karly Guadagnin will require no introduction. A highly accomplished and successful coach at both Junior and Senior level, the 2016 WANL State Championship Winning Coach (West Coast Warriors) is the ideal candidate to lead the Academy into the future. Taking the league side to the title capped off a busy 2016 for Guadagnin, who also coached the WA State U/21 Team and began completing Netball Australia’s High Performance Coaching Course after being hand selected by the sport’s governing body to take part.

Karly brings extensive experience to the role having previously established the renowned Specialist Netball Program at Darling Range Sports College before taking up a position as Director of Sport at the school in 2015. She is now excited to continue developing the next generation of Australian Netballers with an all new team at Winning Edge.
